PEAK HOST provides hosting, cloud, storage, backup, security and custom software services. The specific scope, pricing and service levels of any engagement are defined in an individual offer or agreement. This website is informational; quotes are provided on request and are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

2. Quotes & contracts

Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only once we issue a written confirmation or both parties sign an agreement. Service-specific terms, SLAs and acceptable-use policies form part of that agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe third-party rights, or to compromise the security or integrity of our infrastructure or that of others. We may suspend services in case of serious or repeated violations, subject to the relevant agreement.

We strive for high availability and back our managed services with a service-level agreement where applicable. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) may temporarily affect availability.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the PEAK HOST name — is protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the informational content of this website is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability arising from contracted services is governed by the respective service agreement. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Kaisr Germany GmbH.
