This Privacy Policy explains how Kaisr Germany GmbH (“PEAK HOST”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit www.peakhost.de or contact us. Server log files. When you visit our site, your browser automatically transmits data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL and browser/OS information. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and ensure stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form. When you submit a quote request, we process the name, email address, company, selected service and message you provide in order to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). These details are sent to us by email and are not used for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted on infrastructure located in Germany and the EU. Server log data is processed on our behalf solely to operate and secure the website.

4. Cookies & analytics

We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. We only set cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function. Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will request your consent beforehand (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and update this policy.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above or as required by statutory retention periods. Contact enquiries are deleted once they are fully processed and no legal obligation requires further storage.
